Purchasing Policy

 

  • A Customer has fully Purchased an Item & is Entitled to Receiving the item, if All Payments Including delivery fees has been Concluded & duly Paid For.

 

  • Instalmental Payments are Accepted in 2-Instalments Only & Within a Set time frame. Once Set time Elapses & Payment Isn’t completed, item can be sold to Another Client. Items Paid for in Installments can Only be delivered after FULL PAYMENT has been Received for the Said item.

 

  • Before Placing an Order, Client must Ensure to Send a Picture of His/Her Waist, Belly button & Measurements, to Enable us that Accurate Measurements was taken.

 

Exchange Policy

 

  • At Princess Trim ‘n Fit, we Only Accept Exchange on Products worn over the Tummy Area E.g., Waist trainers & Corset. Products Worn over the Private Areas, E.g Tights, Buttlifter, thongs, leggings, Bodysuits …ETC can Not be CHANGED!!

 

  • Exchange due to Wrong Measurements can Only be Made When the Error is From Us. If a Client sent in Wrong Measurements, Such a Client is not Entitled to an Exchange!!

 

  • Clients who Refused to Send in Pictures of their Appropriately measures Waist, Belly button & Hips is not Entitled to any Form of Exchange Relating to Size Issues!

 

  • Compliant & Exchange must be done WITHIN 48HOURS of Receiving an Item, Any Exchange After 48hrs Wont be ACCEPTED!!

 

Return Policy

 

  • If a Client Wishes to Return a Purchased item for Exchange due to Cogent Reasons, the Client must Relate that Intension & Reason on same day She or He Received the Delivery of the item.

 

  • For Any Items to be Return-Worthy, Every Part of it & its features must be Intact and these includes, the packaging, Tags n Labels. That is, items MUST be Returned Exactly as RECEIVED!!

 

  • Items Already Tempered with or Torn in the Process of Wearing Must not be Returned. If Returned without our Express Consent, we Reserve the right to Reject it upon Return! And if Rejected the Client is not in anyway entitled to any form of Compensation! If item fulfills all the conditions Necessary for Returns to be Accepted, Clients must Ensure that She/he Returns the Said Item WITHIN 48HRS of Delivery Complaints, items returned later than 48hrs will be Rejected!!

 

  • We do not Accept REFUNDS, However a Replacement will be provided for any items returned having metal our Policy for EXCHANGE & RETURNS!!

 

  • Bearing the Logistics Charge during the Period of Return n Exchange is the Responsibility of the Client Except in Cases where the Error is from US!

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

  • All Orders Outside Abuja are dispatched within 24-48hrs after all Payments is Verified and Delivery is Expected within 2-4 working days after dispatched, A tracking code will be provided for you to Monitor your order.

 

  • For International Shipment, dispatch of orders is within 24-48hrs n Delivery is Expected within 4-7 working days after dispatch, a Tracking code will also be provided for you to Track your order. Use the “Track my Order” Quick Link for this.

 

  • All Orders Placed n Paid For, on or before 12noon within Abuja are Dispatched n delivered Same day. Orders Placed after 12-Noon will be delivered the following working day.
