Proteins: Beans, fish, Lean steaks, Tuna, Eggs, Salmon n Chicken

Carbohydrates: Yam, Brown Rice, whole wheat, oatmeal, plantain, Agidi (EKO)

Fruits/Vegetables/Smoothies/Snacks (No canned or Dried fruits)

Popcorn, Crackers, Apples, cucumber, Spinach, Watermelon, carrots, Tomatoes, parsley, kale, ginger, Pawpaw, cabbage, Lettuce, eggplant, strawberry, cantaloupe, Grapefruits, Raspberries, Broccoli, garlic.
